Growing up in Zihua, Gladys moved to Guadalajara where she earned her BA in Architecture. She's designed beachfront projects across Mexico and now manages a local beachfront hotel Arena Suites.

Originally from Texas, Matthew has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and has been an Engineering Manager, Entrepreneur, and Product Manager for multiple tech startups. He and Gladys founded Paravi in 2024.

Growing up near Zihua, Armando has managed multiple beachside restaurants, including Maderas Restaurante. As a bilingual sales representative, he matches brilliant buyers with luxury living. 

Founded in 1978, García Arquitectos is a family-run firm in Zihuatanejo, known for designing modern, contemporary homes with deep Mexican roots.
